Refund policy

Because each UNWIELDY item is made to order, we encourage you to review our size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

United States & Canada

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, or for change of mind.

Great Britain

Customers in Great Britain may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at unwieldyco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days from notifying us to return the item.

Items should be returned in their original condition. Customers may inspect and try on items as they reasonably would in a store. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the entire order is cancelled, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery option where required by law. Refunds will be processed within the time required by applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at unwieldyco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If you experience unexpected print deterioration, such as significant cracking or peeling after limited wear or washing, please reach out to us as well. We review these concerns individually and will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper care. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
