Shipping Rates
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland. Any order placed with a Northern Ireland shipping address will be cancelled and fully refunded.
- US: $5 USD standard shipping / FREE shipping on orders $60 USD+
- CA: $8 CAD standard shipping / FREE shipping on orders $100 CAD+
- GB: £4 GBP standard shipping / FREE shipping on orders £60 GBP+
Processing & Delivery
All UNWIELDY products are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Delivery time after shipment varies depending on your location and the carrier.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination and fulfillment location. Any charges not collected at checkout are assessed by the applicable carrier or customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at unwieldyco@gmail.com. We can't guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated or you believe your package may be lost, contact us at unwieldyco@gmail.com and we'll help look into it.
