Terms of service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Overview
Welcome to UNWIELDY. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to UNWIELDY. UNWIELDY operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, collectively referred to as the “Services.” Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services or purchase products from UNWIELDY. Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Section 1 – Access and Accounts
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, territory, or country of residence, or that you are otherwise legally permitted to use the Services. You may be required to provide certain information when browsing our store, creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with us. This may include your email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping information. You agree that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.
Section 2 – Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, garment-dye variations, manufacturing differences, printing processes, and other factors. Because many UNWIELDY products are made to order, minor variations between product images, mockups, samples, and finished products may occur. Product descriptions, prices, designs, colors, sizes, availability, and other product information may be changed or updated without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities available to a particular person, location, or jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have regarding products that are faulty, not as described, of unsatisfactory quality, or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer-law requirements. For consumers in Great Britain, products must meet applicable statutory standards, including being as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. Those rights cannot be excluded by these Terms.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from UNWIELDY. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by law. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are generally made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once fulfillment has begun. However, this does not affect any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply to you. If we decline, cancel, or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer law. You agree that purchases are intended for personal or household use unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Section 4 – Prices, Taxes, and Billing
Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law. Prices are displayed according to the tax rules and settings applicable to your location. For customers in Great Britain, consumer prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Any applicable shipping cost will be shown before the order is completed. For customers in the United States or Canada, applicable sales taxes may be calculated and added at checkout where required. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges that are not collected by us may be payable separately where applicable. Where required by law, we will provide applicable information about such charges before purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the purchase.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Great Britain, consisting of England, Scotland, and Wales. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland. Products are generally made to order. Estimated fulfillment and shipping times are provided on our website or during checkout. Delivery dates and shipping timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delays may occur because of fulfillment demand, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and deliver orders within the timeframes communicated to you. For customers in Great Britain, unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is entered into. Risk of loss generally remains with UNWIELDY until the goods are delivered to you. If you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option, risk may transfer when the goods are handed to that carrier where permitted by applicable law. Please review our Shipping Policy for current shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, destinations, fulfillment estimates, and other delivery information.
Section 6 – Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Rights
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Because our products are made to order, our general return policy may differ by location. Consumers in Great Britain may have a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason. After notifying us of cancellation, the customer generally has another 14 days to return the goods. Where legally required, we will refund eligible payments, including the cost of our standard delivery option when the entire order is cancelled. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law and disclosed in advance. We may reduce a refund where legally permitted if goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them. Nothing in this section limits rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Section 7 – Intellectual Property
The Services, including trademarks, brand names, logos, text, product graphics, illustrations, photographs, video, audio, website design, product names, slogans, and other content, are owned by UNWIELDY, our licensors, or other applicable rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, commercially exploit, or transmit our protected materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. The UNWIELDY name, logos, designs, slogans, and product names may constitute trademarks or other protected brand assets and may not be used without permission. Shopify’s names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of Shopify or its applicable rights holders.
Section 8 – Optional and Third-Party Tools
We may provide access to tools, integrations, applications, or services operated by third parties. We do not necessarily control or monitor those third-party tools. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies issued by those third parties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from third-party services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 9 – Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, platforms, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites that we do not control. If you choose to interact with a third-party service, you should review its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Section 10 – Relationship With Shopify
UNWIELDY is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our store. However, purchases made through our store are purchases from UNWIELDY, not from Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of UNWIELDY products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, delivery, returns, refunds, or customer-service obligations associated with purchases from UNWIELDY, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to you.
Section 11 – Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may also process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Please review our Privacy Policy for information regarding personal information, cookies, advertising, data rights, international transfers, and privacy requests.
Section 12 – Feedback, Reviews, and Submissions
If you voluntarily submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, ideas, photographs, comments, or other content to us, you grant UNWIELDY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that content for legitimate business purposes, including operating and promoting the Services, to the extent permitted by law. You represent that you have the right to provide any content you submit and that it does not infringe another person’s rights. You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, misleading, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content. Where required by applicable law, we will not materially alter customer reviews in a misleading manner or falsely represent their origin.
Section 13 – Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, discounts, shipping costs, shipping estimates, availability, or similar information. We may correct errors and update information where permitted by law. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will take appropriate action, which may include contacting you, correcting the order, or cancelling and refunding the order where legally permitted.
Section 14 – Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to violate applicable laws or regulations, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, commit fraud or provide intentionally false information, harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, transmit malware or malicious code, interfere with the security or operation of the Services, scrape or extract data in violation of applicable law or our technical restrictions, impersonate another person or organization, engage in spam, phishing, or unauthorized solicitation, or circumvent checkout, security, access-control, or fraud-prevention systems. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Section 15 – Automated Agents
Automated or semi-automated software agents may not access or interact with the Services in a way that conceals their automated nature, circumvents technical restrictions, bypasses security controls, or violates applicable law. We may restrict automated access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services.
Section 16 – Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including for fraud, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity. Any obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, privacy, liability, governing law, and amounts already owed.
Section 17 – Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, statutory rights, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited. In particular, nothing in these Terms removes rights relating to goods that must be as described, of satisfactory quality, or fit for purpose where those protections apply.
Section 18 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UNWIELDY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services where such liability may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability or consumer rights protected by mandatory law. We do not seek to exclude responsibility for our statutory obligations regarding products sold to consumers.
Section 19 – Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, intentional violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for losses caused by our own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or other matter for which liability cannot legally be transferred to the consumer.
Section 20 – Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Section 21 – Waiver and Entire Agreement
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with policies incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from UNWIELDY, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Section 22 – Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent where such consent is reasonably required. We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate transfer, restructuring, sale, or reorganization of our business, subject to applicable law. Any transfer will not reduce mandatory consumer protections.
Section 23 – Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are generally governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where UNWIELDY is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, if you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory rights or protections available under the laws of the country or region where you reside. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in a distant or inappropriate court where applicable law gives the consumer the right to proceed in another jurisdiction.
Section 24 – Headings
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
Section 25 – Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, legal requirements, or other legitimate reasons. When we make changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing consumer contract.
